Matteo is a Coffee Professional/Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality that goes from Barista, roaster, green coffee buyer, trainer, manager, researcher, competitor, content creator and much more. Working with people from all around the world gives him the possibility to develop a coffee knowledge mindset at 360 degrees. The continued research for innovation and its determination brought him to become UK Brewers Cup Champion in 2020 and 10th in the WBrC 2021.
Today Matteo plays an important role in the coffee industry, as YouTuber, content creator and consultant, helping companies to develop new technologies, training programs, operations, public demonstrations and connecting with the global coffee community.
