I have worked with several internationally respected chefs including Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay, Michael Caines, Jason Atherton, Peter Gorton and Andre Garrett.
During a rewarding career of 20 years, I have been fortunate enough to have worked in some of the world’s finest luxury hotels and restaurants in the UK and the Middle East, including Claridges, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saissons, and Six Senses, Zighy Bay. ME Dubai at the Opus Tower by Zaha Hadid.
In December 2018 / 2019, I was named as one of the 50 most influential people in food and beverage throughout the Middle East and Africa by Caterer Middle East. Knowing the level of talent among my peers in this region, I am deeply humbled. Also voted the "Executive Chef of the Year 2019" in the Hotelier Middle East awards. Just recently I was also Voted 2020 Chef of the Year by The Pro Chef Middle East awards.
In 2020 I Co-Founder of the Dubai Chefs Collective, which is a platform built for Senior Chefs, that acts as a support network, helping to find jobs, or simply a place to talk, the organization has been in place since the pandemic started, it has grown with some incredible individuals.
In May 2020 I also launched the Chef JKP Podcast, which celebrates the inspirational stories of people in the hospitality industry and has ran for 3 Seasons so far on all podcast streaming platforms.
In 2022 I was also named in the prestigious launch of the Gault & Millau dining guide for it’s UAE edition.
