MTC30/D Thermorefrigerated trolleys
Thanks to METALTECNICA know how and to the latest generation
technology used for materials, we have developped a new range of
thermorefrigerated trolleys, useful for the meals distribution system
for the service : “cook & serve” or “cook & chill” or “cook & freeze”.
The METALTECNICA Thermorefrigerated trolleys have been thought
for the transport and the maintenance of meals at the perfect
temperature.
This is possible thanks to a compartment made of two independent
ventilated rooms, which one is hot, the other is cold - thermally
separated. They can also maintain meals between +3°C and +10 °C
and then regenerate them at high temperature.
The particular shape of the tray has been studied to decide how
much space can be designated to hot and cold meals, according to
what is needed. The material used is resistant to high temperatures,
following the regulations of FDA.
Thanks to its central plate part, you can create infinite composition of
dishware, since it is possible to position it in the position you choose.
Cold and hot meals are constantly refreshed and heated, while
maintening the service temperatures.
Cold and hot meals temperature is brought to 4°C (or frozen) and then
installed in the trolley for the fresh maintenance, up to regeneration of food
at service temperature of hot meals. Cold meals continue to be fresh.
