STEAM-POWERED HIGH PERFORMANCE MIXMATIC HS is the universal high-pressure steam-heated cooking pan ideal for producing soups, sauces, ragouts, fillings, béchamel sauces, goulash and stews, and for sautéing meat and vegetables.
