The Egg Station Mini (ESM-600) quickly cooks fresh, made-to-order eggs all day.  The ESM-600 has a heated grill surface, is ventless, and creates steam under the cover to keep eggs moist while accelerating the cooking process.  The ESM-600 cooks six round eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelets.  The base unit features an easily interchangeable rack and cover assembly for round eggs or omelets.
