Combi Ovens
Berto’s combi ovens are equipped with a high-powered fan that activates a motion of the air inside the cooking chamber. The dynamically forced air distributes the thermal energy inside the oven and provides for a greater penetration into the food.
Thanks to the use of steam, Berto’s creates the combi oven, which is the most versatile cooking appliance available today.
The convection and steam oven is the best solution for the various cooking methods to be used in the kitchen, such as grilling, browning, roasting, steam cooking and regeneration and holding cycles.
Available in the gas or electric versions with digital controls, the combi ovens are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and are able to guarantee the most advanced cooking systems.
Berto’s offers two types of combi ovens, depending on how the steam is generated: direct injection oven or boiler oven.

Berto’s ovens have been designed with an eye to energy saving. In the version with a steam generator, the ovens are equipped with a partialization system that redistributes the power between the heating elements of the chamber and the boiler, optimizing electricity consumption.
The high-quality insulation of the chamber and the adoption of low-emissivity glass reduce heat loss to a minimum.
