In line with our motto – make taste, not waste– we’re looking at everything from production to packaging to ensure that we don’t create unnecessary waste. BODUM products ensure a combination of long-lasting usability with great design, whilst also being environmentally friendly. Founded in Denmark in 1944, over the last 70 or so years, Bodum has been known for iconic coffee and tea presses, kitchen gadgets and their signature, unique double wall glasses, all of which are made of highly durable and reusable materials. In the 1970s, we launched our first french press, creating the solution of making satisfying coffee without single use capsules or filters. Our first French press got selected as the most environmentally friendly coffee press by the international media. To enable you to enjoy the purest taste and eliminate non-biodegradable tea bag waste, we’ve designed beautiful tea presses and pots for any kind of loose leaf tea. The permanent, integrated filters let the leaves swirl freely while preventing them from ending up in your cup. So you’ll enjoy sustainably brewed, smooth, hot or iced tea that’s bursting with flavour. BODUM premiered its line of double wall glasses in 2004. Over the past years the collection has earned numerous awards and expanded to include a variety of styles and sizes. Made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass and individually mouth-blown by expert artisans, the double wall construction creates a highly effective layer of insulation.
