Structure made of stainless steel AISI 304 that incorporates a block of birch wood 200 mm thick and a red polyethylene fiber 50 mm thick. They are specially designed for food cutting providing strength and reliability. This model also incorporates a lifting system that allows to regulate the height of the work surface. This system adapts perfectly to floors with fall or unevenness, being the countertop always horizontal.
