Each of these Awards will be presented to an organization or company that has shown innovation and excellence in the development, marketing and launch of a new item of equipment. The Awards will recognize an organization or company that has introduced a new idea, method or technology, process or application of commercial significance and/or benefit to the food and beverage industry. Entries can be from a brand new product or a re-launch of an established product. Within the submission, judges will be looking for evidence of:

  • Date of when the product was launched or re-launched and where?
  • Description of the equipment innovation
  • Business strategy and positioning of the product within the marketplace
  • Demonstration of innovation and creativity of the product
  • Evidence of successful marketing and PR communication programmes
  • Financial and sales performance against expectations
  • Client and brand retention and satisfaction
  • Third-party client and stakeholder feedback
  • For sustainable equipment:
    • What are the energy/waste/water/labor saving features?
    • How does it save these?
    • What are the savings compared to?

Includes Blenders, Bakery & Confectionery Equipment, Buffetware, Chefs’ Knifes, Containers, Stainless Steel Fittings, Freezing / Chilling Cabinets, Ice-cream machinery, Pots & Pans, Slicers, Utensils, Weighing scales etc.

  • Demonstration of innovation and creativity of the product

  • Better Technology
  • Beverage dispensers and barware that enable specialty beverage trends

  • Equipment and supplies that greatly reduce time spent on cleaning and maintenance

Refers to any equipment and supplies that save energy & water are efficient and sustainable.

  • Equipment in every category that provides major energy savings

With each entry, you must be prepared to submit and address the following:

  • Project design and description of the equipment along with demonstration of innovation and creativity of the product (Word Limit: 300 | Image limit: 5 high resolution product images)
  • Business strategy, positioning, project challenges and impact within the marketplace along with financial and sales performance against expectations (Word Limit: 300)
  • Brand retention, client satisfaction, third-party client and stakeholder feedback (Word Limit: 300)
  • Evidence of successful marketing and PR communication programmes (Word Limit: 300 | Image limit: 5 high resolution product images)
  • For sustainable equipment (Word Limit: 300)
